Live music for the moment you'll remember

Jazz at the cocktail hour, your song at the first dance, a real voice all night. Solo, duo, or trio — tuned to your room.

I'm a jazz singer at heart and a country storyteller by choice — the voice you'd want carrying the standards at cocktail hour and the one you'd trust with your first dance. Everything below is live: a real singer and a real guitar, played for your people, in your room.

Three moments, one musician

The ceremony

Processional, the walk down the aisle, a song under your vows, the recessional. Solo guitar and voice, tuned to the room — quiet where it should be, present when it counts.

Cocktail hour

Jazz standards and warm swing while your guests find their drinks and each other. The Great American Songbook, played live — the sound that says the night is going to be good.

The reception

Your first dance, learned and rehearsed for the two of you. Then soul, country, and standards to keep the room moving — a real voice and a real guitar, not a laptop.

How big a sound?

Solo

Voice and guitar. Intimate, mobile, and complete on its own — ideal for ceremonies and smaller rooms.

Duo

Add upright bass or keys for depth — the cocktail-hour sweet spot.

Trio

A fuller band for receptions that want the room full of sound.

A highlight worth mentioning: I performed jazz standards on HBO'sPerry Mason — “It Don't Mean a Thing (If It Ain't Got That Swing).” The same feel carries a cocktail hour.

Questions couples ask

Do you bring your own sound?

Yes — a clean PA sized to your venue, plus a wireless mic for the officiant and toasts. You get music and a working microphone for the whole event, one setup.

Can you learn our song?

Your first dance, a processional, a parent dance — send it early and it's rehearsed and ready. One custom song learning is part of every wedding booking.

How far do you travel?

Los Angeles, Orange County, and greater Southern California are home. Farther afield is possible — just ask, and travel is quoted up front with no surprises.

Indoor, outdoor, a vineyard on a hill?

All of it — beaches, backyards, ballrooms, wineries. Outdoor ceremonies just need a power source within reach or a nod to bring a battery; we'll sort the details on our call.
